My Favorite Recipes
I’m a big fan of yummy, relatively healthy and simple dishes to make. Here I will share with you some of my favorites. I feel like you should be able to enjoy your meals so I’ll be sharing all sorts of recipes.
Expect to see the things I’m eating on here. You may be surprised to see some recipes that contain “unhealthy” ingredients. I find it more important to figure out ways to eat these items in moderation and try to cut out as much of the unnecessary saturated fats/cholesterol as possible rather than avoiding entirely. Awareness is the key.
What you won’t find here are recipes that I think are best avoided entirely, such as fried and greasy foods. I hope you enjoy what I share and I would love to hear your feedback!
