Sugarless, flourless, butterless banana bread that tastes delish? Let’s go!
This is one of my favourite recipes and it’s perfect for using up those over-ripe banana’s.
- 3 Bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Mash the bananas until puree consistency, slowly add in the dry ingredients
- Mix in beaten eggs, liquified coconut oil and maple syrup.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins.
